“I really enjoyed my stay here. I arrived around 2:40 for 3 o’clock check-in, and I didn’t get notification that the room was ready until 4:30, which was very upsetting because I had somewhere to be at 3:30. Granted, they held our luggage for us and took it to our rooms because we couldn’t wait any longer. The room was beautiful, and room service was great. They had a hold on my card and ended up charging me incorrectly. A few days later, I had to call for a refund. Overall, this stay was great...
